1 ¶ To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. The foolish one has said in his heart, No God! They acted corruptly; they did abominably in deeds; Not one is doing good.
2 Jehovah looked down from Heaven on the sons of mankind, to see if there was one considering and seeking God:
3 all have turned aside; together they are corrupt; not one is doing good, not even one
10 according as it is written, “There is not a righteous one, not even one!”
11 “There is not one understanding, there is not one seeking God.”
12 All turned aside; together they became worthless, not one is doing goodness, not so much as one!”
17 So every good tree produces good fruits, but the corrupt tree produces evil fruits
18 A good tree cannot produce evil fruits, nor a corrupt tree produce good fruits
The righteous one knows the life of his animal, but the mercies of the wicked ones are cruel.
And this is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness more than the Light, for their works were evil.
20 For everyone practicing wickedness hates the Light, and does not come to the Light, that his works may not be exposed.
For the ones being according to flesh are mindful of the things of the flesh. And the ones according to Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6 For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace.
7 Therefore the mind of the flesh is enmity towards God; for it is not being subject to the law of God, for neither can it be
No one is able to come to Me if not the Father, the One having sent Me, draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day
But without faith it is impossible to be pleasing to God. For it is necessary for the one drawing near to God to believe that He is, and that He becomes a rewarder to the ones seeking Him out.
The sacrifice of the wicked one is a disgusting thing to Jehovah, but the prayer of the upright one is His delight.
Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots? Then you also may do good who have learned to do evil.
For when we were in the flesh, the passions of sin were working in our members through the law for the bearing of fruit unto death.
¶ and you being dead in deviations and sins,
2 in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, the spirit now working in the sons of disobedience,
3 among whom we also all conducted ourselves in times past in the lusts of our flesh, acting out the wills of the flesh and of the understandings, and were by nature the children of wrath, even as the rest.
4 ¶ But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
5 even we being dead in deviations, He made us alive together with Christ; by grace you are having been saved,
And you then being alienated and a hostile one in your mind by evil works, but now He reconciled
¶ And you, being a dead one in the deviations and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made alive together with Him, having remitted all your deviations,
For when you were slaves of sin, you were free to righteousness
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
But if even our gospel is being hidden, it has been hidden in the ones perishing,
4 in whom the god of this age has blinded the thoughts of the faithless ones, so that the illumination of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not shine on them.
having been darkened in the intellect, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance which is in them because of the hardness of their heart,
1 Corinthians 2:14
But a natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
